The Career Guidance Cell informs you that Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL), invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Assistant Engineer (DIST), Junior Engineer (DIST), Assistant Vigilance Officer, and Junior Accounts Assistant positions. Candidates will be selected on the basis of online written test (90% weightage), and academic performance (10% weightage). The selected candidates will have to undergo Orientation Training Program at Nashik, Amravati, and Sangli Training Centres. On successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed in the zonal jurisdiction.

Educational Qualification:
Assistant Engineer (DIST): Candidates must have Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Technology.
Junior Engineer (DIST): Candidates must have Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Assistant Vigilance Officer: Candidates must have Bachelors Degree from government recognised university with minimum 60% mrks in aggrregate, or Diploma with minimum 55% marks, or Serving or Retired Non-commissioned Officer from any Defence service/ Assistant Sub-Inspector from Para Military Force/ State Police Force having total service of not less than eight years.

Pay Scale:
Assistant Engineer (DIST): Rs.19110-840-23310-885-46320/-
Junior Engineer (DIST): Rs.14500-650-17750-675-24500-710-40120/-
Assistant Vigilance Officer: Rs.14140-650-17390-675-24140-710-39760/-
Junior Assistant (Accounts): Rs. 10000/- for first years, Rs. 11000/- for second year, and Rs. 12000/- for third year.

Application Fee:
Rs. 250- plus Transaction Charges for Reserved category candidates
Rs. 500/- plus Transaction Charges for Open Category candidates
PwD and Ex-serviceman candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
