Asst Engineer, Inspector & Director & Other Posts: Tamil Nadu Public
Service Commission (TNPSC) has announced a notification to conduct Combined
Engineering Services Examination for the recruitment of 147 Assistant Engineer,
Assistant Director, Junior Electrical Inspector vacancies on direct recruitment
basis. Eligible candidates may apply online on or before 16-12-2017. Other

Name of the Exam: Combined Engineering Services Examination
Name of the Post:
1. Assistant Director: 14 Posts
2. Junior Electrical Inspector: 03 Posts
3. Assistant Engineer (Agricultural Engineering): 117 Posts
4. Assistant Engineer: 13 posts
Age
Limit: Candidates
age should be 30 years for Others” i.e., Candidates not belonging to SCs,
SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/ DCs, BCs and BCMs as on 01-07-2017. For more information

Educational
Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Mechanical or Production
or Industrial or Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Textile Technology for
Post 1, Degree in Electrical Engineering for Post 2, B.E. (Agriculture) or B.
Tech (Agricultural Engineering) or B.Sc (Agricultural Engineering)/ B.E. in
Mechanical/ Civil/ B.Tech (Automobile Engineering) or B.E.Production
Engineering) or Industrial Engineering for Post 3, Degree in Civil Engineering/
have passed in section A and B Examination(AMIE) in Civil Engineering Branch
conducted by the Institution of Engineers(India) and practical training in
surveying for a period of not less than one year for Post 4. For more

Selection Process: Candidates will be
selected based on written examination/ Certificate Verification/ Oral Test.
Registration Fee: Candidates should
have register their basic particulars through One Time online Registration
system on payment of Rs.150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) towards
registration fee and then should apply online for this recrutiment.
Note: Applicants who
have already registered in One Time Registration system within the validity
period of 5 years are exempted.
Examination Fee: Applicants
required to pay Rs.200/- through online by using Net banking/ Credit card/
Debit card or it can be paid by offline at State Bank of India / Indian Bank.
No fee for SC/ ST, Differently abled Persons, Destitute Widow of all
communities & others. For more information refer the notification.

5. Fill all the details carefully in the application form.
6. Complete the Registration if he/ she would be New User.
